Customer details. Customers can display and modify all the information Acentos Traducciones has on their company.
Projects section. Customers can check all the projects done by Acentos Traducciones, with all associated documents and their translations.
Old documents can be downloaded and new documents can be uploaded for including in any project that is still open (not invoiced).
As soon as Acentos Traducciones uploads the translation to the website, the customer will receive an e-mail, notifying him/her that the document is ready to be downloaded.
Invoicing. Section in which customers can view the invoices Acentos Traducciones has issued in their name and even print a copy.
Glossary. Customers can display the terms (and corresponding translations) to be used in all their documents.
The documents will be kept on the web site for about 2 months, so should you lose your original copy you will still be able to recover it even when the translation has been completed.
Likewise, customers will have access to a number of useful links to on-line dictionaries and multilingual databases.
Create new users within the company, giving them permission to access projects and other sections of the Extranet.
